Disktrasa.com is operated by Elobina Global AB, Östra Rönneholmsvägen 4, 211 47 Malmö, Sweden, which is responsible for the personal data you provide to us. We process your data so we can receive, produce, and deliver your order and handle payment, customer service, and legal requirements.
What data we collect

- •Bamatex, which produces and ships our dishcloths

Data is stored within the EU/EEA. We use secure connections and do not share your data with unauthorized parties.
Purchase and delivery terms
General
Disktrasa.com is operated by Elobina Global AB, company reg. no. 556926-6034. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Products
We offer dishcloths with your own image, text, motif, and ready-made motifs. All products are printed after an order has been placed.
Right of withdrawal
All our dishcloths are printed only after an order has been placed.
For products with your own image, text, motif, or other personal customization, no right of withdrawal applies once production has started, because the product is made according to the customer's instructions and has a clear personal character.
For products with ready-made motifs, normally no right of withdrawal applies once production has started, because the product is printed specifically for your order in the selected motif and quantity.
You always have the right to make a complaint if an item is faulty, damaged, or if we have produced something that does not match your order.
Prices and payment
All prices in this shop are shown in EUR (the Swedish shop uses SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made via the options shown at checkout (Stripe). Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been received.
Delivery
We print and ship orders once a week, usually Wednesday–Thursday. Delivery time is then typically 3–6 business days, depending on where in the world you live.
Delivery time is an estimate and may sometimes be longer, for example during high demand, delays with shipping providers, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We therefore cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Complaints
If your dishcloth is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@disktrasa.com and preferably include a photo of the issue.
We assess each case individually and will help you with a new product, a price reduction, or a refund depending on what is most appropriate in the specific case.
Please note that minor variations in color, placement, and the structure of the material may occur, because dishcloths are a printed textile/cellulose material and not paper.
Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers or unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure).
