Disktrasa.com is operated by Elobina Global AB, Östra Rönneholmsvägen 4, 211 47 Malmö, Sweden, which is responsible for the personal data you provide to us. We process your data so we can receive, produce, and deliver your order and handle payment, customer service, and legal requirements.

What data we collect

  • Name, address, email, phone number, and payment information in connection with your order.
  • We use cookies to ensure the website functions correctly – for example, to remember your cart and process orders. If you consent, we also use cookies for analytics and marketing, so we can improve your experience and show relevant offers.

How we use your data

  • To produce and deliver your personal dishcloth.
  • To handle payments, customer communication, and order history.
  • To comply with legal bookkeeping and accounting requirements.
  • If you have consented – for analytics and marketing, for example to improve the website and show relevant offers.

Sharing with third parties

We only share data with:

  • Payment provider Stripe
  • Shipping provider PostNord
  • Technical hosting and infrastructure partners
  • Bamatex, which produces and ships our dishcloths
  • Analytics and marketing partners (such as Google), but only if you have consented to cookies for this purpose

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your data. You can contact us at hello@disktrasa.com. We keep your data for as long as required by law or to fulfill our agreement with you.

Data transfer and security

Data is stored within the EU/EEA. We use secure connections and do not share your data with unauthorized parties.

Purchase and delivery terms

General

Disktrasa.com is operated by Elobina Global AB, company reg. no. 556926-6034. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

Products

All dishcloths are custom printed after you place your order. Because the product is made specifically for you, there is no right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. You can make a claim if the product is faulty or damaged.

Prices and payment

All prices in this shop are shown in EUR (the Swedish shop uses SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made via the options shown at checkout (Stripe). Your order is confirmed by email once payment has been received.

Delivery

We print and ship orders once a week, usually Wednesday–Thursday. Delivery time is then typically 3–6 days, depending on where in the world you live.

Complaints

If your dishcloth is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days at hello@disktrasa.com and include a photo. We will send a replacement product or refund you.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers or unforeseen events beyond our control (force majeure).
