Why use a Swedish dishcloth?

Cellulose and cotton
Our dishcloths are made from 70% cellulose and 30% cotton. Using the same cloth again can reduce the amount of disposable paper you use for everyday cleaning.
For spills and wiping
Dampen and wring out the cloth before wiping counters, tables and sinks. The material becomes soft when wet and absorbs liquid.
Washable and reusable
Our dishcloths can be machine washed at 60°C (140°F). How long a cloth lasts depends on use, washing and wear.
Care between uses
Rinse the cloth after use, wring out the water and hang it to dry. Wash it regularly and replace it when worn out or when it no longer comes clean.
Which cleaning tool suits the task?
Dishcloths and paper towels
A dishcloth can be washed and reused for spills and wiping. Paper towels are a single-use option when you need to dispose of the material used to clean up.
Dishcloths and sponges
A dishcloth has a broad surface for wiping tables and counters. For baked-on residue, a brush or sponge may be more suitable. Choose the tool for the surface you are cleaning.
Dishcloths and kitchen towels
Use a damp dishcloth for spills and wiping. A dry kitchen towel is useful for drying hands and dishes. Both need regular washing.
